We are looking for a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented Logistics & Procurement Specialist to support our Line Maintenance operations across Switzerland, including Zurich, Geneva, and Basel.

In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping our maintenance stations operational, supporting our technical teams, and ensuring that our logistics processes meet the highest aviation safety and quality standards.

Your profile

• Experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management, ideally within aviation or another regulated industry.

• Good communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.

• Comfortable working with inventory management systems and digital tools (AMOS and AMS experience is a big plus

• Flexibility to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule, with a proactive and adaptable approach to operational needs.

• Background as an aircraft maintenance technician is appreciated

• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Your role:

Keep Our Operations Running

• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of aircraft materials, tools, and equipment.

• Ensure accurate inventory records and timely updates in the relevant systems.

• Support our maintenance stations with their day-to-day material and tooling requirements.

Make Procurement Happen

• Support the purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment required across our 3 stations in Zurich, Geneva and Basel.

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and external partners.

• Help ensure materials and equipment meet applicable aviation quality standards.

Take Care of Our Tools & Equipment

• Monitor and coordinate internal and external loan tools.

• Support tooling and equipment calibration planning across our maintenance stations.

• Help maintain the availability, traceability, and compliance of tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
